Following the 2026 Canada Prizes announcement at the June 10 gala, join us for a fireside conversation with this year’s winning authors. Awarded by the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences and supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), the Canada Prizes recognize five of the most inspiring, impactful, and transformative scholarly books published in Canada each year. This conversation brings the authors together to reflect on their books and to explore the shared themes that connect their work, opening up a broader dialogue on questions of power, language, and relations.
